A couple of their representatives showed up within an hour after a called; they thoroughly inspected the areas affected and provided recommendations, but didn't push any specific services. They offered to let me use several floor fans, including keeping them overnight, if I wanted to work on drying things out myself, with no requirement that I hire them for additional work. They provided me a reasonable estimate for the repairs and gave me as much time as I needed to decide what I wanted to do. Very professional.
Dallas Water Damage Restoration came out to dry out my place after my neighbor had a leak twice in the past 3 weeks. Had rough service the first go around but the second time Shane came out and provided exceptional service. He was very prompt, professional, and thorough. He deserves a raise and a promotion.
