Prime has been operating for more than 30-years. Prime provides laundry and uniform rental services for other small businesses. Prime employs workers from the Spanish speaking communities and treats them well.
The staff is good, responsive. The owner is generally quite angry and yells a lot. I liked the salesperson, so I gave them a try. The orders were rarely correct, and they suddenly stopped delivering, saying they no longer serve Queens (my bar is in Astoria). So I’m no longer with them. They won’t return the key to the bar, they won’t come to collect their dirty rags, and they won’t take payment from me - I still owe them money. We have been using Prime Uniform for many years. Service is great. Freddy is the best delivery driver. He is always here on his scheduled day and is pleasant and friendly. Very happy with our service.
