I want to thank Prime Tranmission on helping fix my tranmission in my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. I know it wasn't a big deal for u guys , all u had to do is make sure the levels was right n the right temperature. Another company didn't do it right n i had alot of issue's. I tried to call and make an appointment but no one answered. I then went into the shop and the young girl at the front desk was clearly under the influence and was very confused. Very unprofessional, need someone more mature and competent at the front desk. Went elsewhere.
Smart people.
This place is severely overpriced and overrated. Can't stand anyone there. Refuse to go back.
