I love working out at Prime! Not only is it an amazing gym, but the atmosphere and people truly make it special. Everyone is welcoming, supportive, and creates such a positive environment to be in. As a mom, it means a lot that I can bring my son with me and still prioritize my workouts. The community here feels like family, and it’s a place where you feel motivated every time you walk through the doors. So grateful to be part of such a great gym!

So much more than just a gym. Prime Training KC is such a cool spot. The space is FULLY utilized for your betterment. Every piece of equipment, from the step-up boxes and squat racks to the turf area, has been carefully selected to give you the tools you need to maximize your workout. This is a great group of people to spend an hour of your time with. The trainers are so kind and knowledgeable. They take an interest you at any fitness level and go above and beyond to help you meet your goals. I highly recommend.
