Ian is an amazing trainer and so good at what he does. I’ve had my PCOS diagnosis for three years now and kept gaining weight, eating terrible with no end in sight. I was at my breaking point as to what to do or how to stop this and then found him. Not only did he do research on my condition but also created a personalized program based on my PCOS. His passion for making sure everyone succeeds is amazing. 10/10 recommend him if you are looking for a personal trainer. Alpha

My favorite gym in Arizona! They have the best trainers, great environment, and the gym is well taken care of/ clean. I trained with suave after having my son, he helped me get back into shape and become stronger than I was pre baby. I would recommend anyone looking for a good gym or trainer to check out prime!
