Todd is super down to earth, I was in a pickle when my wheel bearing blew out on my trailer. Parts showed up quick and I was able to get back on the road and make it home safely
This place is great EVERYONE was very friendly and these guys were so quick to get my vehicle, checked and looked at. I felt that they were very affordable and I will definitely go back again. I highly recommend giving these guys your business.
Todd has provided us with amazing customer service as well as a great product in a very short time frame. His exceptional service included coordinating with Mercedes Benz of St George to get our Sprinter ready to hit the road this weekend. In addition he coordinated and delivered our vehicle to another vendor for alignment. This service was above and beyond our expectations and something we have not previously experienced. Thank you to Todd and his crew. Highly recommend.
**Excellent Service — Highly Recommend Prime Tire & Auto** Todd called me about a request I had submitted through eTrailer to install a brake controller, and he called literally just moments after I made the request — at about 8:30 in the evening. I was very impressed that he responded so quickly.
