Our hotel recommended Prime Time for their private van service. We had a lot of luggage and there were not a lot of options we could find so we went with Prime Time. Please, if you have any sense, read this review: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE THE PROMISED SERVICE. We set our LAX pick up time as being an hour after our plane landed, giving us time for any flight delays, get through US customs and then catch the shuttle bus to the pick up location.
