Shuttle booked well in advance, and changed once prior to confirmed date/time. Requested additional change to booking to ensure flight connection, with 24 hours advance notice. No response received, so followed up and was advised the new time requested was confirmed. Booking confirmation then sent through for the incorrect time. Spent several hours trying to sort it out with driver arriving 35 minutes after requested booking time.
