Bad experience, especially as a woman passenger! We booked Disneyland in Anaheim to LAX. The driver was extremely unprofessional, berating us immediately upon arrival for 1) not specifying a specific pickup location (even though we literally picked from a set of dropdown options in the app) and 2) not finding him fast enough despite us getting in about 3-5 mins past pickup time.
