Worst service EVER! I ordered a pizza at 6:30 pm for 8 pm. I didn't get my pizza on time. 20 mins late and they charged me. Really?? 20 minutes late. My lunch is over. This is true second time this had happened. I'm done. Never Ever ordering again from there. I'm done. Heads up people never order from here.
Prime time pizza is horrible. They never answer their phones, the food sucks, the workers have horrible attitudes... Me and my family will never go there again...
I have never in the last 10 years had bad service from you guys until tonight, I ordered 2 pizza bread sticks and cheese sticks asked for ranch and extra Parmesan cheese on the bread sticks told us at 5:49 pm it would be 25 min show up to pick up my order and missing a pizza and cheese sticks the bread sticks were so hard and no extra parmesan cheese on the and they was cold and has to wait 25 more mins to get the other pizza and cheese sticks they didn't care about the bread sticks handed a cup of extra parmesan cheese get ... read more
We have always loved the pizza but have always picked it up. Today we were tired and hungry so called for delivery... waited the 45 min wait time only to get the wrong pizza. When I called them, they blamed it on the driver. Not the best customer service or we would not have to wait another 45 min to get a ''fresh'' one. We did return the wrong pizza too. I think, at the very least we shouldve been given a free pizza but not happening. Just disappointed.
I would give a negative star if I could. Loved Prime Time always had quality pizza with a great staff. This last time I ordered they didn't add BBQ sauce on the BBQ chicken. When I called they argued with me about it. Then when they finally remade it they gave us BBQ sauce to dip our pizza in and still barely brushed the pizza with BBQ sauce. Out of the last three times only once did they get it right!!!!!! And that one time it was great. Been a prime time lover for years but I am done with you!
Good food This place has good pizza but really yummy sandwiches that are very reasonably priced. The window service is "so-so." I think they could be a bit more friendly when you pick up your order but they do always look busy. I would highly recommend the food.
