Came in appointment was at 1pm checked in exactly at 1pm lady in the front was having a conversation with the staff “not job related” and checked me in 20 min late… became a workin due to her actions very unprofessional place!
Worst place ever , from parking to staff behavior, looks like they are fighting with you , 15 minutes late , 175$ late fee , sucks this place
Left entrance only so you have to back blindside in a very tight space. They load you in couple hours. Not bad. The lady in the office, the blond with the tatoos is very rude. She wrote minus 10 in my BOL for a dry van load and when I told her about it, she asked me to talk with dispatch and did not want to talk to anyone there, a supervisor or anyone. The shipper knows the temperature of his product better tan anyone. At the end it was a dry load. Her mistake.
Not to bad of place. They are slow unloading and it's tight getting in the docks but it's ok
