Super appreciate and thankful for the tire rotation on my car. Headed out of town tomorrow and was told by two places they would not work on my car, and Pep Boys made an appointment and when I showed up for the appointment the door was locked and they closed without calling and cancelling my appointment. I was able to get my tires rotated and the sensors re-learned all without an appointment. Thank you so much for helping me make sure my car is ready for the long drive!

Best car experience I’ve had. He was professional, communicated very well, went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle and everything was done within 24 hours. I had to have my radiator replaced, I would’ve never expected to have my car back so fast, and she’s running great. I’m recommending Primetime to anyone I know looking to get their car serviced.
