So happy someone recommended this shop to service my Audi. Oral is exceptionally thorough and will not stop until he gets to the bottom of the issue. He is very honest, very fair, and very professional. As a woman I feel comfortable getting my car serviced at Prime Time Auto, I don’t feel that I will be taken advantage of.

I visited Prime Time Auto recently while I was halfway through a family roadtrip in Maryland. Our Audi A8L started showing a check engine warning midway through our drive and wasn't accelerating like normal. Luckily we found Prime Time Auto nearby when we saw the error. When I called and explained our situation, Oral, from Prime Time Auto said we could come right away and do a diagnostics check to see if it was safe to get to our destination. The folks at Prime Time are courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were very helpful navigating my warranty and insurance issues. The work they have done on my A7 has been great. I do recommend them for repair and maintenance service.
