What a terrible company! If you have Blue Cross of New Mexico beware or any other insurance that works with them for that matter. The physicians this company hire or have to review prescription coverage are terrible! They will deny medication coverage for what seems to be no reason at all. Even when your healthcare provider knows what is going on with your health and try talking with them they still deny the coverage. Wow wow wow OMG I was told by my insurance to call Prime therapeutic and I could make a thing to get on and see what medicine is covered through my insurance I called the phone number and a lady named Anna sure does hate her job she was so frustrated she came back at me and said what do you mean what do you need wow wow wow bad service no wonder they got a 2.9
A vulture company hired by other insurance companies to do their dirty work of trying to deny people legitimate life saving medicals to save a few bucks. They are illiterate as well apparently because despite no change in my medical history for nearly a decade, they suddenly decided I didn't need the medication my doctor had been prescribing for a half decade straight. They ignored my doctor's appeals repeatedly and wasted hours of my time to write my own, which was ultimately ignored. Evil shameless people work here.
