The company I am reviewing is NOT located in Omaha, NE. They are not customer oriented nor do they respond in a timely manner. I have been trying for over six weeks now to get resolution on my prescription claim. BCBS of NE should be ashamed to employ this company as their claims administrator. I wish you all better luck with them than I am experiencing.
Great place to work and good benefits
The VP is great, as well as the people I worked with! However, I was granted FMLA for a life event I was going through and the manager(s) present told me I did not have it and the letter I received was incorrect. As I said I was going through a life event, and thinking I had no other option told them I could not come back the next day. Prime has an occurrence system they go by, and once you reach a certain amount, you point out and can no longer work there.
