Serghei's quote beat a quote for identical work (move 1 mini split, install 1 new heat pump + air exchanger) from a larger competitor by $6000 before tax. The competitor tried to scare me off by basically implying that Prime Systems would do substandard work for that price. The reality was exactly the opposite. I have been using this company since 2022, and they have always provided prompt responses and excellent service. Recently, I needed the receipt for a boiler installation because I was preparing to sell my house, but I couldn't find it. When I reached out to the company, they immediately sent me the receipt for the boiler that was installed nearly three years ago. I truly appreciate their swift response and highly recommend them!
