Keith (owner) and his staff are Excellent. They put Superior Computers and PC Laptops to shame. I had a friend recommend Prime Systems and I have never regretted my purchase, service, and customer loyalty. Superior Computer could not fix my $1800 laptop when the hinge broke, told me that I had to buy a new one after only 1 1/2 years. They duct taped it together and said that was all they could do. Keith and his team are so wonderful to work with! Their customer service is beyond the best! In the past 15 years of working with them, they have always gone above and beyond. The lastest example: after downloading Windows 10, my computer (which they custom built about 5 yrs ago) was not pulling up my school web page and my prehistoric laser printer was not working. Prime Systems is such a great company. The owner called me after having my PC Tower for a few hours and told me exactly what was wrong and a few ways to fix it. They ended up building me a new Tower and helped set up my old programs. They did it so fast because they new I needed my computer for work. They are so helpful and very responsive. I will be using them for all of my computer needs.
