Keith (owner) and his staff are Excellent. They put Superior Computers and PC Laptops to shame. I had a friend recommend Prime Systems and I have never regretted my purchase, service, and customer loyalty. Superior Computer could not fix my $1800 laptop when the hinge broke, told me that I had to buy a new one after only 1 1/2 years. They duct taped it together and said that was all they could do. Keith and his team are so wonderful to work with! Their customer service is beyond the best! In the past 15 years of working with them, they have always gone above and beyond. The lastest example: after downloading Windows 10, my computer (which they custom built about 5 yrs ago) was not pulling up my school web page and my prehistoric laser printer was not working.
