Mitch Prime Systems I believe that Prime Systems is a rip off. My elderly father bought a computer from them a few years ago and since buying it Prime Systems has been very helpful a few times with minor issues involving the network card that eventually had to be replaced, which they did for free. Great customer service! The previous customer must have had a bad day. I've gone to these people for over 10 years now, and have ALWAYS had excellent service. Their prices are very competitive, and although they are very busy (which means they aren't going out of business any time soon) you will be happy with their service. I have had both Keith and Josh help me with many things from PC system upgrades, software purchases, to individual hard disk upgrades and have nevery had a complaint. Great service, good prices Over the last 9 years I have had several systems built and service by Keith, Josh and their staff. Anytime there was an question or issue with parts, they were always on top of it. They are always busy and have recent expanded the store. Sure you might have to wait a few minutes, but its better than being hounded by a sales rep. Nice,honest people offering good, knowledgeable service Nice,honest people offering good, knowledgeable service. I have always been impressed with Prime systems' willingness to work with customers to meet their needs. I've occasionally wished the could finish repairs and service faster but, a backlog is clear indication of popularity. I keep coming back as a satisfied customer as do a growing number of others.

Bad service, expensive prices They sold me shoddy equipment, which failed, and then refused to refund my money. The technical staff is incompetent and unknowledgeable. I would only return to this place if I needed something immediately and there were no other way to get it.

Laptop upgrade After an initial somewhat less than satisfactory experience with Prime systems, I recieved a call from the owner and found that it was simply a communication problem. The owner called me personally to resolve the problem and offered a refund for the miscommunication mishap. He became personally involved with my case and offered to fix the problem himself. I will definitely continue doing business with this well managed company. World Class.

I live in Utah County and drive to Kaysville to work with Keith and Prime Systems - passing many other computer stores. It is valuable to have someone I can trust emphatically to get me the right computer and provide the right service. Keith took the time to explain options, answered all my questions and was patient with me as I evaluated everything. I will send all my friends and family to Prime Systems.
