Just recently had my surgery at Prime...I'm very pleased! From the front desk (Lesa), my nurse (Sara), the anesthesiologist and of course Dr. Jenkins! Thank you all for taking great care of me Lisa T.
I have always been so scared to get a colonoscopy but when I finally did this place was AMAZING, from the check in lady at the front desk to the minute I was checking out they were all so very nice and comforting, my nurse was awesome so sweet and Dr. Mosie was great and Dr. Michael Kilby as well, I will definitely recommend. Thank You all so much for making me feel so comfortable and at ease...❤️🙏🏻❤️
Everyone was very nice and all aspects of my care went very well. I especially appreciated all the little extra touches like the warmed up blankets.
I can't say enough about Prime Surgical Suites. My surgery was delayed, due to my doctor being behind and the staff made sure I had everything I needed. Check in with Lesa and Sandy my nurse made everything a great experience. They even called me the day after surgery to make sure I was doing okay.
Very poor experience having a surgery here. Pain was not managed before releasing me, they never did the nerve block they were supposed to do before the procedure, which led to them not being able to manage my pain before releasing me, and my oxygen was dangerously low. Instead of keeping me to make sure my oxygen got out of the 70’s, they just told my wife to keep me away the next few hours and not let me fall asleep (after having general anesthesia) I think a lot of it boiled down to the nurse not really knowing what to do... read more
