I have to say that during my brief time studying in Ann Arbor, every property management company I encountered was terrible. The rude staff showed a complete lack of respect for people, the quality of the houses was poor, and the rent was exorbitant. It’s hard to imagine that houses near a university campus could be in such a state. This property management company offers lower rent compared to others, but be prepared for constant disputes with maintenance, as their rundown houses seem to develop new issues every few months.... read more
Great maintenance team!! The apartment is old, but the maintenance team responded quickly and fixed things in a timely manner. A maintenance guy also helped me unassembled my bed frame when I moved out and needed help. Really appreciate it!!
Pros:. Great management and maintenance team! Anytime anything needed to be fixed I put in a request and it was taken care of within a day or two. Rent is very reasonable and affordable, the apartment isn’t anything special, but what would you expect from an affordable college apartment? Mail was never stolen (had this issue in my old apartment through a different company but it was great at 511 East hoover!) places for improvement: There could have been more washing machines but my previous apartment didn’t have many more a... read more

Classic student landlords — pretty much impossible to get them to do anything that won’t benefit them. Been waiting a month for them to replace my broken window, and they’ve refused to even discuss putting up security cameras after multiple instances of break-ins/vandalisms/etc in the immediate area of my building. If you park in their lot without a permit, though, you can bet they’ll have your car towed within the next half hour. None of the student rental companies in Ann Arbor are good, but Prime has been by far the worst... read more
