Great gym! I compete in powerlifting and it has everything you need and more.
This gym has been amazing. I have visited my parents three times in the last four months and Nate has been accommodating, generous, and welcoming. The gym largely seems to focus on powerlifting and personal training, but I’ve been able to work on Olympic lifts there too. The crowd in there is hard working and friendly. I really couldn’t recommend the gym strongly enough.
Here on vacation and needed a gym while I was in town. Facility had everything I could have needed for just about any workout I wanted to do. Day passes are a steal for the value you're getting with it and they have everything from preworkout to protein bars at a reasonable price. Might swing by again before I leave, if not this time around I'll definitely be back next time in in town.
State of the art equipment, and an incredibly clean space with 24/7 access sets this gym apart from its competitors. Highly recommend you check it out for one of your training sessions if you’re in the area!
