The check in time was a little to long other wise I have no complaints.
I'm new to the storage facility but I'm not sure if anyone else has gone through the same experience as I have but I legit think the storage facility is haunted! A couple different times I have gone to put things in my storage unit, I have heard someone singing or even seen an elderly couple walking but the weird thing is....we were the only ones there, nobody else!!! Convenient
I was over charged because they said I didn't show insurance papers. I did at the beginning but it's done now.
The cost was why I joined prime storage. Very reasonable, my unit is climate controlled and way better than Public Storage especially with cost being high with them. The move was great had no issues I will certainly use Prime Storage if I need to use a storage unit after I move out
