This is a very tough business to keep everybody happy. We do our best. Our mission is to run a clean and safe facility, with very fair rates, free of drama and nefarious individuals as best as we can control. Some folks are not agreeable to those terms. We have invested in a state of the art surveillance system to show our renters we care about their property, while protecting it as best we can as long as they need storage. Called to get pricing for a unit for my fiance and myself, when asked what we'd be looking to store I mentioned my fiance may want to fit a car in to it at some point, the man got very rude and wouldn't speak to me anymore. Said he'd have to talk to my fiance since it's his car. All I wanted were prices. For OUR storage unit. He eventually said they just didn't have any available. Which is fine. Don't listen to the hours they have posted. They say they are open on Saturday but if you need a unit, don't expect them to help you. I don't know how long it takes to take money and give me a lock and key but apparently it's to much for these guys to handle.
