Such scumbags. Cancelled my booking last minute on Christmas. Left them a bad review. They tried to impersonate me through air BNB and managed to get the review taken down. We ended up renting another unit managed by them without realizing in the panic and it was so bad. TV didn't work, wifi didn't work, front for wouldnt lock from outside because of dead batteries. And garage door wouldn't open to park or load your belonging. Absolute trash people. Please stay far away from them.
Don't use them. You can read the reviews. They cancel properties hours before check in. We drove from Calgary for Christmas and they cancelled at 2pm. My wife booked an emergency last minute air BNB and turns out to be the same company. We are least have a place to sleep tonight with our kids but the front door lock didn't work. The garage doesn't work. The wifi doesn't works. The smoke alarms are all out of batteries. This shouldn't even be legal.
Deceitful poor business practices. Avoid this company. They have no intention of fore-filling a property management obligation as a host.
Ridiculous. They don't even respond. Lol I have no idea how people entrust their homes to them. So unprofessional and irresponsible. Do not reccomend. And if you're a homeowner, I'd look for new management as these guys are doing you a HUGE disservice.
If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I have never been so UNIMPRESSED with a company in my life. The booking coordinator “Sim” cancel our booking hours before we arrived with no explanation (if I was her boss she’d be fired) half of our guests flew in from out of town, and the other half drove 4+hours to this location. This company was horrible to work with even before they cancelled our booking. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE / COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
It's 6 months later and im still triggered. Summary: Terrible communication No sympathy Disorganized Dishonest Last minute cancellation (6 hours before we were supposed to show up!!) Booked a stay in kelowna for 9 people. The stay was in August 2025. I called in June to confirm the booking, as the photos were stock photos and it was a new listing. No answer. If you are an owner pls be aware. This company subletted from me. Owes over 7k in rent and utilities, yes I am going through rtb. They are also not licensed through the bc real estate association to offer property managment services. They also moved out with limited notice, and the place was dirty and dump run required.
Had very good communication prior to our booking time, even talked on the phone 3 days prior to our check-in. Was shocked when 1 1/2 days prior to check-in our reservation was cancelled. Could not connect with them to find out what was going on and after leaving many messages and texts, get no response. This was a 3 generation get together with 3 families. Airbnb couldn't connect with them either, but were very helpful in our getting a coupon for an alternate booking. This was a highly stressful time and we were very lucky ... read more
