If you are an owner pls be aware. This company subletted from me. Owes over 7k in rent and utilities, yes I am going through rtb. They are also not licensed through the bc real estate association to offer property managment services. They also moved out with limited notice, and the place was dirty and dump run required.
Had very good communication prior to our booking time, even talked on the phone 3 days prior to our check-in. Was shocked when 1 1/2 days prior to check-in our reservation was cancelled. Could not connect with them to find out what was going on and after leaving many messages and texts, get no response. This was a 3 generation get together with 3 families. Airbnb couldn't connect with them either, but were very helpful in our getting a coupon for an alternate booking. This was a highly stressful time and we were very lucky ... read more
