Have you ever wondered where to start after you have an injury? Sports-related or not, Prime is the place to start. Their training room provides quite a few options as a first stop in the recovery process. They also offer athletic training (where they assess your needs and offer practical solutions!). And their massage therapists? Some of the best I’ve ever had. Especially Seth. His knowledge and skill goes far beyond what you may think of when you think “I need a massage.” Prime is a great solution for your recovery needs.
I love prime sports. That helped me heal from an injury and gave me lots of suggestions for strength and mobility training. His massage therapy skills are out of this world as well. I brought both of my sisters and brother-in-law To see him as well, and he worked his magic with them too . From what I see, everybody there is wonderful . If you are injured or you just want to get stronger come check them out.
Everyone I've worked with at Prime Sports Institute 1-1 has been extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I was introduced to Prime through their involvement in local running events and am grateful to have this place as a part of the Bellingham community.
