I had a very disappointing experience here and want to warn others before purchasing anything upfront. I was strongly encouraged to buy a 3-visit package, and I used two visits before leaving the country for a year. When I returned, I was told my last prepaid visit had “expired.” At no point was I ever told that prepaid medical services could expire, and I received zero notice or reminder before it was taken away. Doctor Lee is such a good chiropractor. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and I am happy to be in her care. I am 85, with sciatica, low back stenosis, difficulty walking. She studied my tests and designed the appropriate program. Her office is clean with lovely Jackie at the front desk. She uses a decompression table, cold laser. her good massaging hands, and more tools. It is a good location across Bradley center where I park.
