Poor company. Called about a gas leak and they couldn't guarantee they could get to us in a timely manner. I would think emergencies take precedence. Then they had all these separate charges. This company should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people.
The technicians were polite and prompt. Explained steps in detail when asked or if there any kinks with the gas line installation. They cleaned up themselves like they weren’t even here. Luke came through with the quote and setting everything up. Highly recommend Prime Specialty.
