I never leave reviews. This company used to be amazing but they have gone so far downhill. With every service they badger me constantly to get a new boiler and refuse to replace parts on it. I don’t need a new boiler, on occasion small things just need fixed on it. They told me a bolt was seized and they couldn’t get it apart, to get to the pilot assembly. Started out good with hvac calls for a few years, but last few calls they have padded labor hours and overbilled, management won’t provide additional details on time spent, so it seems to me the techs are just billing extra as they read their phones or do personal stuff after simple jobs are done. Looking to take my business elsewhere.

I had a leak in my basement from an old pipe that used to flow out to the original septic field. Ground water was flowing into my basement through it. Prime was able to come out the next day and get the line capped. Brian was very professional and offered some additional ideas on how to fill the line once the ground water cleared so the problem wouldn't persist in the future. We appreciate the quick response, great communication, and excellent service!
