Had an appointment booked for 9 AM. No one showed up until almost 11, and I didn’t get a single call or update. When I asked about the delay, I got a shrug and a half-hearted excuse. Not exactly what I’d call “professional.” If you value your time, avoid this place.
Took my car to Prime Spark Auto Electrics for a battery drain issue. They claimed it was fixed, charged me a hefty fee, and sent me on my way. Two days later, the battery was dead again. Took it elsewhere — turns out Prime Spark didn’t even identify the real issue. Waste of time and money.
Was quoted $180 over the phone. Final bill? $370. When I asked for a breakdown, they just said “diagnostic and labor.” No detailed invoice, no explanation. Felt like I was being scammed. If you go here, make sure you get everything in writing — or better yet, go somewhere else.
What a legend! I had an emergency with my camper’s brakes, and he just happened to be in the area. Sorted it all out on the spot -couldn’t have asked for better service.
On time, good price, honest bloke with great attitude. As a fellow self-employed, I'm VERY IMPRESSED !!
