This owner is horrible he deactivated my fuel card because I was leaving him trying to leave me stranded . Don't lease from him

Typical chicago area scam. You will never own the truck and they will come up with every excuse under the sun to take your hard earned money( maintenance account and escrow). Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
