This is the most horrific vendor ever.
Adam Lynn and all his personnel don't care about you or me. They could care less about your experience at breakaway. Customer service is a joke. The most they will do is say sorry no refunds. Never buy a VIP pass trust, because there is no accountability. They don't give you half the things they promise to provide for VIP. They oversell their shows so you better be the first one there. Don't bring your kids to this all ages event because they won't keep your kids safe. Very disappointed by the service and staff
