The office is clean and the customer service was good. I knocked a star off the rating because Dr. Azer was very eager to fit me for a $400 mouth guard without mentioning that this was not covered by my insurance and would need to be paid for out of pocket. Luckily, I asked him if it was covered and he was honest about the out of pocket cost so I was able to decline the service before it was too late. Could not recommend this office enough! My first time visiting the dentist after a traumatizing experience, and everyone here was so understanding and hospitable. Very gentle and thorough with the cleaning, explained everything in detail so there wasn’t any confusion. Was not left waiting for long once. Very happy with my experience. 100/10!!
We have had such a great experience with this dental office! Prior to coming here, we hadn’t had good experiences with dentists and were hesitant but everyone was incredibly welcoming, kind, and patient. Prime Smile Dental in this Rancho Cucamonga is the best dentist I have ever been. No hidden charges, No makeup stories to keep you charged up and coming. Very good cleaning service. They explained everything to me The Doctor Michael is excellent. He called me you by name and smiles.
