Very bad service
Prime SLR is one of the most deceitful and predatory companies I’ve ever seen. They straight-up LIED to this family — promised to pay off their first solar contract, acted like they were “here to help,” and then turned around and slammed them with a brand-new contract behind their backs. This company should be out of business by now. They do not know what they are doing and the system never works. If you call them to fix the problem, they ignore you. I had to hire another company to fix their mess and get the system running. Mustafa Joulani is a dishonest person.
