The manager Adam helped me at the entry point today when I was coming in. I washed my Toyota Tundra with the Platinum service and was super surprised. The manager was sweeping my parking spot when I pulled around and advised I leave a review. I bought the Platinum Service and my tires looked shiny, they received new tire units this week and they made my wheels shine. Went 3 times true the wash. 2 of the times they forgot to pull the roller down. They say I need to pay another wash if wanted to go in again.
Loved the service , from the moment I was helped and leaving with a clean car. Xavier helped me choose the perfect wash for my suv also getting me to sign up for the membership and explaining the benefits, also the lady guiding me into the tunnel was super sweet. Definitely recommend coming here for your wash
