Solid car wash and the staff is super helpful, in particular Jacob who answered all my questions regarding the membership. There are no towels available to use unless you want to pay for one. Also be careful on exit, if the light is red, the cars can pile up pretty quickly which seems like it could be a safety concern if the car wash tunnel can’t account for that.
Been a customer since it opened one of my kids worked a year in high-school. Never disappointed with the service and a quick trip back through solved any quality issues. Even when we tow car across the country. If we're out of range of a Mister Carwash for a month we just pause the account and re-input card when we return. Mostly on the east coast.
Great place to get your car washed. I occasionally hear a bump though while going through the tunnel with a large truck. The staff were kind and helpful though. Overall, I think it is a great place to visit.
I just came from getting my car washed, and I must say, I was looking for a great place to be able to take my car. Purchased the one time platinum for $26 and I left disappointed appointed. Car just looks rinsed off, a lot of missed spots and the tires that should have been cleaned and shined are dirty. Not my best experience, I will have to take my car elsewhere!
Great experience here @ the Mister car wash in Tracy. Car wash got rid of all the bugs and vacuums are free. I use their air sprayers to help clean inside my car. Staff seem really nice, I'll come in again this weekend
