Unfortunately, they don’t answer their phone or respond to messages or submissions through their website. We have used Prime RV in the past, so we thought we would call when in need of an urgent repair during this heatwave. They never even bothered to acknowledge my call in any way. The lack of professionalism here is disappointing. I ended up calling another local service who answered the phone right away and had someone out to help me within 3 hours. We were able to get in to have our RV serviced almost immediately and had the option of mobile service. They were thorough and professional and did great work. The communication was great and they went above and beyond to work with a supplier that had not included all the parts on an item for an install as well as the warranty work from the supplier that was no longer in service. Jeremy and Tristen are the absolute best, they took their time explaining everything, this is not another huge service shop where you're just a number. All repairs were done in a professional and correct manner, give them your business, they earned it.
