A piece of shingle was found in my backyard which led me to believe there may be an exposure to our roof underlayment. I called other roofing contractors for a patching today but none of them said they can make time. Prime Roofers picked up phone instantly, and they knocked on my door within hours. I do appreciate their quick response on Friday afternoon. Pricing was tolerable and negotiable.
Very disappointed with Prime Roof Repairs. They used low-quality materials, and the work was sloppy. After a small storm, parts of my roof were already damaged. When I tried to get them to fix it under warranty, they ignored me. Don’t waste your money—go with a more reputable company!
I hired Prime Roof Repairs to fix a leaking roof, and I regret it completely. From the beginning, their customer service was lackluster — it took several days to even get a response to my initial inquiry. When they finally came out, the technician was late and seemed disorganized. The repair itself was poorly done, and the leak returned within a few weeks, which tells me the problem wasn’t properly addressed.
TL;DR Excellent roofer. Quality craftsmanship and fair price. This winter we got approx 3-4 feet of snow and it crushed my flat roof creating a hole. On the first warm day the snow started melting and water leaked inside. Prime Roofers came the next day and offered to quick patch and stop the leak, then promised to return the following week to finish the job. Arsen and his colleague Michael helped us with an urgent ice dam removal from our roof caused by heavy snow. They were responsive, quick to the scene and did a thorough job clearing out the ice and snow. We really appreciate their help, and highly recommend them!
