Our basement flooded, Dylan responded to our call and he was here quickly and right on the time he said he would show. Next day the crew cleaned up and dried out the area. They even checked on the project and did more work on Saturday. Very polite and kept us informed the entire process.

I want to give a shout out about the service representatives of Prime Restoration: Dyllan, Cam, and Tanner. They did a top notch job of mitigation on my condo which had been damaged by an overhead water leak. They communicated well, set up an appointment and arrived on time. They efficiently completed their work and left my place in spotless condition. I highly recommend Prime Restoration for their excellent work and my peace of mind.

Prime has been excellent!. They have been prompt, communicative, and thorough in the work that they have done. My water heater “exploded “ and their restoration has been outstanding. They are also very nice and caring people. I would recommend them without reservation.

Such a great company! So easy to work with. Fast and accommodating! Nicest employees who make sure you know and understand everything. Excellent customer service!! I would go with them and refer them to anyone in a heartbeat!
