Don't be fooled about the proclaimed "family oriented" company. I was fired after I underwent treatment for stage 3 colon cancer. I was due to return back to work, after many promises of the ownership welcoming me back, when I was called into the office, only to be told that my job was being eliminated. Who does that??? Yaffa, Eli and Tamar- the most humanless and heartless people who you will ever want to meet. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear from these awful People. As a long standing employee (10 Years) for Prime Rehabilitation Services, I have had the privilege to meet and work with many talented, dedicated therapists as well as a knowledgeable, supportive management team. This company provides it's employees the opportunity to be a part of a fun and dynamic, interdisciplinary team of rehab providers; there is also great potential for career advancement, good salary / benefits, and the ability to maintain a life / work balance. I am a new COTA and recent graduate, and I have recently started working for Prime Rehabilitation Services. I am currently working alongside a phenomenal team of therapists who truly care about giving quality therapy to all patients. They are extremely supportive, helpful, and patient with me as I become familiar with all of the procedures and responsibilities. I am already learning a great deal from the staff, and can honestly say I enjoy going to work everyday. I look forward to continue learning and growing with PRS!
