He may be a good realtor, but when it comes to managing rentals, he is very dismissive and does not take into consideration other people's time. Made us wait for more than 1 hour after he set up the appointment (when we called him, his excuse was that he was working!). When we mentioned some of the items in the rental, he just ignored us and said that "they are like that" (stain on the carpet, writing on the wall, hole on the door!). If you don't like to manage rentals, stick to sales!
