As a seller , the buyer used this company to fund the closing. We had a rough closing and the attorneys called Salvatore Zamarripa to help clear up the issue. Salvatore, while on speaker phone in a room 5 people, referred to the attorney as a “retard”. I was completely in shock that someone in a customer service profession would use such harsh language. I would never use this company or Salvatore Zamarripa for anything.
Sal made the process of getting my loan a very positive experience! His knowledge of the loan process helped me get prepared and move smoothly through the task. As an unexpected extra, Sal got me a grant to help with my downpayment. I'm very please with his services!
