They had me on schedule daring work hours and they was going to do a payment plan for me 300 down and when I couldn't have no one home to assist them I had to go another route to find another company then that company never showed up so I call prme pumping back to get rescheduled and there words were that they can't take me anymore bc of there policy so now im left out and now have to figure something out So if you plan on using this service company I would reconsider going to someone else my rating stays
Just had Nick and his son Travis(i believe that was his name) come out and pump our septic tank. Nick took the time to look over things and explain issues that we may be having with our system. Very professional. Definitely recommend Prime if you need septic services.
