Really lame. basically some bimbo with a prefab computer program who does it in her spare time. I wouldn;t trust "them" with any personal data - certainly not with valuable real estate. Sort of like "college movers" only for property management. AVOID
Worst Property Management Outfit Ever – If you want to rent a home please choose someone else. this company is one of the slowest and rudest outfit available. It takes forever to get any repairs done and then it is only a partial job. There is no emergency night and weekend number and the maintenance person never answers their phone or pages. The Rentals are rundown and not up to code. If looking to rent please look elsewhere.
property management basic need – Small business. no nonsense, reliable. No set up or annual fee. Quick repair so far. Provide all basic, essential need for you property. If you ask them to provide something extra, you may not get it. If you don't mind about delay response. I recommend this company.
