I love these guys! I started with the original owner and to be honest, I am always nervous when someone new takes over a great business when the OG decides to retire BUT Victor exceeded my expectations. When Victor first took over the business, I had this annoying calcium buildup ring along the inside that I could never fully remove and was told it would always be there. If you need anything, have questions, or want something extra done in your pool, he always answers immediately. A HUGE thank you to Victor and his excellent team over at Prime Pool Service (This is a long review, but they certainly earned their five stars and here’s why!!) We got our pool installed a few years ago. There is one caveat to our situation — we live in a rural area and we are on a well. Victor is fantastic. Took my pool that seamed to have a ( green ) mind of its own, lol and now it’s crystal clear. Victor is very knowledgeable with fair prices, during a time that we are all trying to stay afloat. Smiles. and YES, DEPENDABLE! Here same day and time every week.
The care and attention to detail is the utmost quality received. Communication, professionalism and ease of scheduling are great. I would highly recommend their services for your pool needs.
