Colin came out to repair my radiators from 1948 and was amazing! He got two working immediately and diagnosed the third quickly. He was super kind and helpful! While I hope Prime doesn’t have to come back after these repairs, I’ll definitely request Colin if I need to.

They did a great job on analyzing a complicated plumbing problem with a leak in the kitchen, toilet, and in my crawl space drainage system at a house that I just bought. Not only that, they were able to complete the work the same day. Great customer service and explanations of what they found and how to fix it. Thanks guys!

Prime Plumbing is such an amazing company! Every time I call Ashley answers immediately! The plumbing and HVAC technicians are extremely professional and responsive to our needs very quickly. I highly recommend Prime Plumbing especially if you have high-rise buildings in need of TLC!
