It was the first day of the heat wave and my A/C went out. I called Prime, and Marco came out within a short time. He inspected and showed me why it could not be fixed. His team was at my house early the next morning and installed a new A/C unit. They were all very knowledgeable, worked as a team, and left everything clean when they finished. I highly recommend Prime!
