I came home to find my kitchen sink drain backing up, and contacted Prime Plumbing and Heating hoping they could come out same-day, which they were able to do. They sent Trevor, who was very punctual, polite, and he was able to let me know what likely caused the backup, then he fixed the problem efficiently. I have not had any further issues with my drain, and would use them again in the future, plus recommend them to others.

Prime Plumbing and Heating exceeded my expectations when they sent Trevor to figure out what led to an alarming leak under our kitchen sink. Trevor communicated professionally with my husband and I throughout the entire process, and so we felt very comfortable with his diagnosis, and the solution he provided was affordable as well. I called Prime Plumbing and Heating after hearing about them providing great service, and prices, for my aunt, and they did not disappoint. I needed to have my toilet serviced asap, and they sent out Trevor, who was on time, very polite, and he diagnosed what was going on with my toilet quickly.
