Our dealing with Sam from Prime Plumbing has been fantastic. Our hot water system shit itself one morning, Sam sourced a new one and had it fully installed that afternoon. Really was great.

Sam came out at short notice on a weekend to pick a burst pipe under a path. He did an amazing job to get a temporary fix to get us through the weekend then coming back for the main repair during the week. He left the site clean and Titus, and concreted the dug up patches - really happy with his service and communication
Sam dropped everything to come to our rescue and provided a very speedy, efficient and cost effective service for which we are very grateful.
