Good service and communication there were a few hiccups, but Phil was good at taking care of them. Professional service would use again.
I received some of the best customer service that I have had in a long time. I received a call, text and email from Prime Plumming informing me of when the tech would come to my home. The day of the repair, I received a text/email with a picture of the technician and the time that he would arrive. Once he arrived, the assessment was quick and he had the necessary equipment/part in his possession which made him get the repair completed faster.
