Water heater went out. Gave them a call they came over check it out . Within a couple of hours the new one was under the house. Very impressed 👍👍

Arrived on schedule and was very cordial. Took pics of leak in crawlspace and explained issue and needed repair and provided cost quote. Completed repair and provided invoice. All the while Bill was extremely pleasant and professional. Great experience although a bit pricey.

Prime Plumbing did outstanding work on an off and on clogged sewer line we’ve been dealing with for months. After multiple plumbing companies came out to try to find the issue, these guys came in and found our issue quickly and were able to get us back up and running. Very knowledgeable and top notch equipment and sewer tech the other companies didn’t have. Can’t recommend enough!

Very professional and quality work. These guys are great and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They worked very late the first day to make sure I could use my plumbing and wasn't left without water. I had to have some 56 year old cast iron pipes replaced to my septic and they were affordable and took care not to destroy my yard. Took the time to clean everything and left my yard in great condition. Very impressed.
