Three of them came, all very sweet and personable. I was frankly worried, prepared for a major, messy and expensive repair. The fellows did a thorough check, asked questions and came to the conclusion that it was a leak from my potted plant. I was both very relieved and a bit embarrassed (good grief, overwatering much???)! I very much appreciated their diligence in finding the problem. Prime Plumbing has been a blessing to us they are very knowledgeable in all areas of plumbing we called them when our water was coming out dirty and they were able to solve the problem swiftly and I was comfortable with the cost. I have called them since them and they came and was on time and always very courteous and helpful and give good advice

The two plumbers arrived on time and quickly solved our p trap problem. Very pleased with their professionalism, service, and that they explained how to better maintain our drain line. I highly recommend this company.

Jeff was honest and open about what it would take to get our sewer pump up and running again. We had a few hiccups along the way but the actual work was quick and efficient. Highly recommend for plumbing issues.

Prime did a great job. Twice I have used them. Told them the symptoms and the repaired our problem. Employees are always kind.
