Call main office number & was put on welcoming message that repeat itself for over 20 minutes. Very disappointed so hung up ...why not allow call back feature for customers? A well established business that forgets its customers??
Another thoroughly professional job from Prime. Josh came in, introduced himself & got on with investigating the problem. He identified the issue very quickly & provided well-appreciated feedback on the most suitable replacement tap set from the options that my wife had bought. After replacing the tap he very generously took the time to provide advice on replacing the ensuite toilet (please provide a quote) & also measured the water pressure (which is low).
