I felt it was important to leave a review for this company. I had a plumbing emergency at around midnight, a pipe backed up and flooded both bathrooms in my house. I tried calling every company I could think of, including all of the big names, literally nobody had anyone on call in the area, I could not get anyone to come out at the time and I had no toilet to speak of. I have to agree with Kristy’s review. We own several rental properties, and while Prime was reliable in showing up when others didn’t, their services come at a steep price. Not only do you pay an arm and a leg, but sometimes there are also no guarantees. We had an emergency leak situation, but we managed to fix it ourselves before Prime arrived. Timely and professional, the cost is significant when looking at only replacing small parts gaskets, washers and not the whole Spicket or piping.

Jared was my plumber and he did an excellent job. I recommend this company. They are polite and professional.
