Hetvi is truly amazing! She calls/emails and checks in on you even after you've stopped seeing her. The way she explains the findings and diagnosis is amazing! It helps you understand whats wrong and how to help get it better. I could not recommend anymore better than Hetvi. I have seen many physiotherapist in the past, but she sure is the best one I have been to. Thank you so much for showing me light at the end of the tunnel Hetvi
After an accident on a Saturday morning, Nella at reception helped me get in to see someone so quickly, and was such a lovely person to speak to. I ended up seeing Maddison who was in her first week at the clinic, but you wouldn’t know it. She was professional, kind and looked at my injury in detail despite having squeezed me in for an appointment. This is a super friendly clinic who care about their patients.
I searched locally for a physiotherapist that could treat vertigo (BPPV) and could not easily find someone that could offer vestibular physiotherapy. I contacted Prime in East Doncaster and was offered two members of their team that have studied this therapy. Claire McInnes was very friendly and communicated very clearly during the consultations to assess and treat my vertigo.
I had an awesome experience with Hetvi - was pain free within three appointments. Super knowledgeable and encouraging, will be recommending her to everyone I know
Claire is a very professional physiotherapist, she helped me after mine knee arthroscopy and some other issues with my shoulder, I definitely recommend her for her great work
