Hetvi at Prime physio treated my knee issues and my anxiety. She reassured me while giving me treatment and exercises to strengthen my knee. I'm happy to recommend their services.
I had a really good first consultation with Hetvi. She was professional and warm and listened with expertise to identify some underlying causes of my lower back and knee pain. She has devised a simple and manageable stretching and strengthening plan that is helping me work on weak areas and she has endeavored to send me off with tools and understanding so that I can self-manage my issues. I would definitely recommend!
I cannot recommend Prime Physio enough! Hetvi has been an amazing practitioner. She is caring and professional, always communicating clearly throughout the recovery process. I came to Prime Physio after a lower back injury, disheartened and concerned that I may not fully recover. Thanks to Hetvi’s guidance, I’m stoked to be back feeling strong and healthy (the same as, if not stronger than before).
