I love my experience at Prime. Gerome has set me up with a great plan for physio and Ben has made using the gym super easy, but everyone is so pleasant! It’s really nice when people greet you with your name. I feel so welcome. ❤️ My shoulder ROM improvements are outrageous. Within three months I can front crawl again, I haven’t been able to move my shoulder like that in almost ten years. Great place all around. I love it!
All staff are helpful, friendly and supportive. Dr.'s perform diagnostics, diagnosis and are very professional and give easy to understand explanations. Exercise schedules are demonstrated and explained in detail with easy to follow instructions. Copies of instructions and schedule are easily obtained.
I would highly recommend Prime Physiotherapy to anyone. From the friendly booking staff, the free parking, clean facility, and wonderful care workers my rehab after injury has been beneficial and well structured. Jordan, Alex, Gerome, and Dr. Monteleone made my injury recovery focused and the attention I received was motivating and uplifting. Through a hard time their attentiveness was much appreciated. And their soundtrack in the gym is bumpin! Thank you to you all!

I met Jordan after my release from KGH. I was admitted for several days as a result of sciatic nerve pain. I received a ct-scan and then a nerve block in my lower back. Jordan used this information to understand my condition, he then explained to me what was happening in my back and because of this consultation I was confident in his ability to help me back to good physical health.
