We have been extremely happy with Prime pharmacy. They deliver all of our needed medical supplies right to our front door. They have also been extremely helpful and understanding as we have had recent medical changes for a family member answering our questions and being patient with us as we are learning our new paradigm. Recently they worked with us to get some additional supplies and navigating through the difficulties of insurance that prefers to say no. They haven’t been giving my kid his diabetic strips for MONTHS
I don’t know what it is about certain people running pharmacies here, but it seems to attract a certain type of incompetent yet entitled and rude individuals. In this particular pharmacy the male pharmacist is reasonable and understands when they make a mistake and takes his time to correct it. The lady, wow…rude, has silly following simple logic, hung up the phone on me when I was explaining their mistake which caused my diabetic daughter to be out of medication. Jonathan is the best and the staff also excellent service 7-24-24. Had to get authorization for a prescription and they got right on it. Very happy. Great service
